Measuring Progress Toward Financial Freedom
Receiving feedback and monitoring progress is important for many as they try to improve. The Jassby Financial Literacy Score provides this feedback to kids in both quantitative and qualitative forms within the Jassby App. Increasing their Financial Literacy Score also provides a multiplier to any Jassby Rewards points they earn.
Accomplishments Should be Rewarded
Many kids are motivated by rewards and accomplishing tasks to increase their financial literacy shouldn’t be any different. Jassby Rewards are earned by kids when they complete courses and perform activities that help them increase their financial literacy. Combine this with the multiplier they receive when they increase their Financial Literacy Score and kids have more incentive to improve.
Real World Experiences to Solidify Learning
Courses and games help kids increase their financial literacy, but many learn through experiences. Jassby provides opportunities to “learn by doing”, both inside the app and out in the real world. Kids learn to set goals, save money for important purchases, share money with other family members, make purchases online, and purchase goods at a neighborhood store using a digital wallet or the physical debit card.
