To get started, visit our web registration page or download the Jassby app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and register through the app. Our Registration Instructions provide step-by-step guidance for creating your account. -
Is there a minimum age for Jassby users?
While there is no minimum age requirement, this card is intended for kids and teens. Most of our kid members are between the ages of 8-17. We have over 10,000 kids under the age of 18! -
Can I get a physical debit card?
Physical cards are available upon request and may be ordered by following these instructions. -
How does Jassby keep my information secure?

What are Jassby’s hours of operation?
Jassby’s Customer Support Team is available Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM Eastern Time. Support requests received outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day. Our robust self-service Customer Help Center is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. -
